About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

CW 1900/01 (S9), Game 2: South Australia vs New South Wales

South Australia 10/11 vs New South Wales 15/13
Adelaide Oval -
15th, 17th - 21st November 1900

Lineups:
South Australia - FT Hack, EH Leak, C Hill, G Giffen, A Jarvis, JC Reedman, WP Stuart, JGF Matthews, AH Jarvis, E Walkley, JPF Travers

New South Wales - VT Trumper, H Donnan, MA Noble, FA Iredale, AJY Hopkins, SE Gregory, RA Duff, CW Gregory, JJ Kelly, WP Howell, J Marsh

First Innings
It was a good effort from New South Wales without needing anyone to be spectacular. A fine pair of bowling innings kept them in touching distance, however.

NSW 342
RA Duff 92
A Jarvis 4-57; JPF Travers 4-112

South Australia struggled throughout the twenty-four hours they were at the crease. It could have been worse as they lost regular wickets, but A Jarvis steered them as close as he could alone, and single-handed took them barely over the mark required to avoid the follow-on.

NSW 342
SA 225
A Jarvis 113*
J Marsh 4-73; WP Howell 3-44

Second Innings
New South Wales' opening pairing were ferocious in their approach to putting South Australia to the sword as they broke the opening wicket partnership by a single run, leaving their opponents in the dust.

NSW 342 + 386-3 dec
SA 225
H Donnan 181; VT Trumper 131
JC Reedman 1-19

It was a valiant effort, but the tail couldn't follow what had come before in the lineup., and South Australia crashed to it's second defeat.

NSW 342 + 386-3 dec

SA 225 + 398
FT Hack 90; G Giffen 90; JC Reedman 76
MA Noble 5-60; WP Howell 4-99

New South Wales wins by 105 runs
