About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

CW 1904/05 (S13), Game 6: New South Wales vs Victoria

New South Wales 14/14 vs South Australia 10/12
Sydney Cricket Ground
27th-28th, 30th-31st January 1905

Lineups:
New South Wales- AJY Hopkins, VT Trumper, MA Noble, WP Howell, SE Gregory, FB Johnson, EF Waddy, RA Duff, JJ Kelly, GL Garnsey, A Cotter

Victoria- PA McAlister, JF Giller, VS Ranford, W Carkeek, WW Armstrong, FJ Laver, WJ Scott, CE McLeod, TS Warne, W Carlton, FB Collins

First Innings
On a tough wicket for the batsmen, Victoria were held for just over two-hundred all out on day one. The fielders were kept on their toes for most of the wickets, while the bowlers had the ball swinging well.

VIC 206
WW Armstrong 51
WP Howell 4-49

The reply from New South Wales was enough to give them a chance to finish all their matches this season by an innings. The wickets fell consistently enough, but a stubborn eighth man kept things chugging along.

VIC 206
NSW 396
RA Duff 114; SE Gregory 50
JF Giller 3-56; WW Armstrong 3-129

Second Innings
A much better start was let down by the still-struggling lower order, but they did enough to force their opponents to return to the crease.

VIC 206 + 217
NSW 396
W Carkeek 54
A Cotter 3-44; AJY Hopkins 3-49

New South Wales took it nice and slow, using up fourteen overs to put up the winnings runs and win their sixth straight Sheffield Shield title.
