With one win (Alamo Derby) and a fourth place (Texas Nationals) as his best results in the past fourteen weeks, including the five finals he failed to qualify for, Darryl Lozier has the chasing group on his heels, including his new closest rival in Andy Bing who sits 19.5pts back after his victory in San Francisco. Matt Wellivers' runner-up finish moves him five places to thirteenth, but Norm Gibson remains in seventh place even after taking the bottom step on the podium.

Will Thompson (10th) and Tom Gariepy (8th) failed to do their title aspirations much good, but they remain very much in touch with the leader, and Joe Ramage (14th) just keeps hold of fifth place on virtue of event victories as Scott Hutchins' fifth place brings up him level on points.
