About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

Controlled Chaos - Indy Nationals, Heat Three

Indy Nationals - Speedway, IN
Heat Three
Will Thompson, Bobby Gallagher, Will Murphy, Bambi Rogers, Sam Harbin, Lynne Higgins, Randy Corson, Matt Welliver, Andy Bing, Billy Edgington, Timmy Barnes, Rob Remaley

Over five minutes action led into five minutes of eliminations with Billy Edgington taking five big hits, four-time finalist Matt Welliver (6th Big Apple Smash Up) riding six shots that resulted in a catastrophic stall, and Bobby Gallagher (3rd Wisconsin Invitational) leading the way with seven hits against; all three out for the remainder of the derby.

After reaching seven finals, and finishing in the top ten in all of them, it was a surprise to see Rob Remaley mistime so many of hits that led to his downfall in ninth place, and Lynne Higgins is really going through a dry spell as the three time top five finisher misses a fifth consecutive final with three of the nine hits against came from Sam Harbin, including the eliminating shot.

Timmy Barnes was happy to share the contact with five hits on as many different vehicles but Randy Corson took him out in seventh place with the first hit stalling Barnes and the second finishing the job. The final three qualifiers for the consolation heat are Will Murphy, who was slammed repeatedly by Andy Bing after becoming entangled on a barrier, Sam Harbin, who after dealing with Higgins fell afoul of Will Thompson, and finally Bambi Rogers who just missed out on her debut final thanks to Thompson again getting involved after Rogers had stalled.

Randy Corson will compete in his first final since the Idaho Invitational, his fifth of the year, as he carved through the field helping take down Welliver and, later, suffering some heavy pressure from Harbin before a hit on Andy Bing resulted in his own elimination. Fifth in the championship standings, Will Thompson proved rather adept at avoiding trouble through the heat to reach a tenth final, all the while dishing out no less than eleven hits on eight different drivers before running into the heat winner Andy Bing.

Idaho Invitational champion and now seven-time finalist Bing's second heat win of the season comes as a result of repeat custom with two hits on both Remaley and Murphy, and another three each on Corson and Thompson, all this as half of the starting field came calling on him throughout the contest.
