Things continue to get worse for Joe Ramage who has failed to score a single point in four straight events - his eleventh place finish at the Lobster Nationals his only final in that time - and now must negotiate some new sponsorship as a result of his poor form; Bobby Gallagher (8th Valentine's Day Massacre, 3rd Wisconsin Invitational, 19th Illinois Invitational) his replacement.
Idaho Invitational winner Andy Bing and Ed Smith, who continues to hunt for his elusive debut final appearance, have both recovered from their respective injuries they picked up in Jersey and the Big Apple Smash Up. Two-time finalist and twelfth place finisher Kenny Rose makes way along with Tommy Miller, another final hunter.
Event thirteen of thirty-two starts out with championship leader Darryl Lozier going up against third place man Scott Hutchins, but the next closet rivals are ninth place Ben Hadsell (1st Frostbite) and tenth place Jamie Eilers (2nd Frostbite, 2nd Ides of March). Lobster Nationals winner Norm Gibson also features in the opening heat.
The second heat has sixth place Tom Gariepy, looking to get back on form after missing two straight finals, and five-time finalist Leo May who currently sits eighth in the standings. They will be joined by comeback driver Ed Smith.
The final heat has three drivers from the top ten who combine for twenty-two final appearances and fourteen top five finishes. Will Murphy, Arizona Derby winner Will Thompson, and champion of the Idaho Invitational Andy Bing are going to battle it out together.
This blog is to share results in my sports replay gaming. All of the games involve pencil, paper, cards and dice; no digital gaming here. Most games are full season replays, but there will also be some fictional competitions thrown in. It's been a while, but I hope that 2017 sees a return of blog activity.
About M.E. myself and I

- I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris
