Koboyama and Saisu won in matches they were both favourites in and two of their three closest rivals, a pair of wins back at 7-2, also took victories but Hoo, winning his sixth in the past week, barely took down Fukuzono. Hakuryu had an easier time against Tochitsurugi, and Daihi drops his second in a row to take his odds of winning the Aki way down.
