Five-time finalist Sam Harbin remains sidelined for another week through injury and his replacement, Kenny Rose, goes in the first heat at the Texas Nationals. He will be joined by four of the top seven in the championship standings as seventh place Jamie Eilers, winner of the past two events goes head-to-head against Seattle Derby winner Scott Hutchins who sits in third, fourth place Joe Ramage who has four top two finishes to his name, and fifth place Will Murphy who has yet to finish worse than sixth through his eight finals.
The second heat contains championship leader Darryl Lozier and the men who sit in eighth, ninth and tenth: winner of the Wisconsin Invitational Tom Gariepy; six-time finalist Leo May; and recent joint runner-up at the Summer National Derby Ben Hadsell, the champion of Frostbite.
Finally, both Will Thompson, who sits second in the standings, and Andy Bing, who has two event wins to his credit, will be looking to take advantage of a lean looking heat three that features only one other round winner in Spring Fling Derby champ Chris Henton.
This blog is to share results in my sports replay gaming. All of the games involve pencil, paper, cards and dice; no digital gaming here. Most games are full season replays, but there will also be some fictional competitions thrown in. It's been a while, but I hope that 2017 sees a return of blog activity.
About M.E. myself and I

- I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris
