About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

Player of the Game Hockey - NHL 1967/68, Feb 28th

Wednesday 28th February 1968
Minnesota will be hoping for a better month in March as they come away from February with just two wins in thirteen games, going the last five without a victory. The North Stars latest defeat comes despite a 3-2 lead after two periods; McCord setting up both second period goals for Masterson (9) and Balon (8) after Goldsworthy (16) and the Seals' Caron (8) exchanged goals either side of the first intermission. Brenneman (13) and Hicke (21) pushed Oakland level and their good form continues with just a single defeat in five games, but this was their first win in seven. Caron (9) wrapped the game up after Ehman (16) scored the game winning goal.

Montreal are unbeaten for a third straight game with their second win in that span. Duff (19), G Tremblay (27) and Backstrom (16) all had two point nights; Beliveau (16) and Cournoyer's (27) game winner helped turn the game right around after St Louis took the lead through Ecclestone (10). Keenan (13) made it a 3-2 game, Crisp assisting on both Blues efforts, but that was as close as the home side got as they went on to record their longest losing streak of the season with a fifth straight defeat with one win in eight.

Toronto got a hat trick from Ellis (24) in their Original Six matchup against the visiting Blackhawks but only came away with a point despite taking a 2-0 lead into the first intermission, and a 3-2 advantage into the final frame. Schmauta (8) and Nesterenko (7) both scored on the powerplay to tie the game at 2-2 before Mikita's (35) services were required to even the game at 3-3. Walton and F Mahovlich grabbed a pair of assists each for the Leafs team that has gone four games without a loss. Chicago have just one win in seven.
