About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

Player of the Game Hockey - NHL 1967/68, Feb 29th

Thursday 29th February 1967
A clash at the top of the East saw Toronto drop an eight goal thriller in Boston, where Stanfield had three assists in the game, as the Bruins claim their first win in four games, overtaking the Leafs in second place. McKenzie (26) and Westfall (6) put the B's up 2-1 with Keon's (13) goal sandwiched between them before Ellis (25) tied it up for Toronto, who end the month of March without a win in three straight, to round out a four goal first period. After a scoreless second frame Armstrong (14) made it 3-2 Leafs with 2:11 gone in the third period but McKenzie (27) was on hand to score again with Esposito (26) and an empty netter from Bucyk (33), who already had a pair of assists, won the game for the hosts.

Detroit blow a 3-0 lead in the second period to take a point away from their match with the Rangers who went on to score four unanswered goals from Hadfield (17), Fleming (12), D Marshall (9) and Neilson (10) to take a 4-3 lead in the final period. G Jarrett (30), MacGregor (16) and F Smith (17) put the Red Wings up by three but they needed P Mahovlich (17) to be on hand and earn both sides a tie; New York have drawn three in a row, Detroit four in their last six but are undefeated in eight.

With two assists each from Flett and J Lemieux, Labossierre (17), Joyal (21) on the powerplay and Irvine (14) had the LA Kings 3-1 up and in control of the Flyers after Philadelphia took the lead with the man advantage through Selby (17). Angotti (12) pulled one back shorthanded, with both goalscorers assisting on each others tallies, but B Smith (17) finished into an empty net late on to win back-to-back games after one victory in their previous four. With no wins in four and only two wins in their last eleven the second place  Flyers are just three points ahead of the fifth place Kings going into the final month of the regular season.
