About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

Controlled Chaos - Seattle Derby, Heat Two

Seattle Derby - Seattle, WA
Heat Two
Ricky Grimes, John McCrory, Ed Smith, Tommy Miller, Randy Tondreau, Lynne Higgins, Darryl Lozier, Dick Garrett, Joe Ramage, Sam Harbin, Randy Corson, Leo May

The second heat passed the five minute mark before Lynne Higgins became the third competitor to be disqualified in Seattle. He hit on Ed Smith was ruled illegal after she started out the race focused on Darryl Lozier while riding challenges from Garrett, Corson and May

Tommy Miller was assaulted on all sides with eight different drivers taking it upon themselves to go at the replacement driver, and one of his attackers Randy Corson was soon eliminated himself with both Joe Ramage and Leo May hitting him thrice.

Ninth place went to Ricky Grimes after he was caught out badly by a brutal blindside hit from Dick Garrett, and the unlucky eighth spot went to Ed Smith when he stalled out after a lot of attention from Randy Tondreau and Lozier

If Joe Ramage wants to make it six finals in a row, where he has finished second in three consecutive finals, he will have to go through the consolation heat. He almost did not make it that far as he chased hard after Corson only to start a fire in his own engine. The marshalls were able to extinguish the flames and Ramage was able to continue long enough before Sam Harbin took him out.

He will be joined by championship rival Darryl Lozier, who put in hits on Smith either side of embedding himself on the barriers, and Randy Tondreau who finished off his fellow Canadian after re-firing from a long stall before ultimately ending up in fifth position.

Sam Harbin has been on good form lately with thee finals in the last four events but he too will have to go through the second chance race as Dick Garrett won the late battle between them after Harbin had laid nine hits on seven cars.

John McCrory was another who survived a lengthy stall, re-firing before becoming stuck on a barrier and counted out in third position to make his way into a third final of the year, his first since the Valentine's Day Massacre.

Leo May battled it out with Corson before trying to take advantage of a stuck McCrory. His race ended in runner-up spot when Dick Garrett, winning his first heat and reaching his fourth final in five events, rammed him hard to give us a result.
