About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

Basho Bash Sumo Wrestling - Day Twelve

Kyushu Basho November 2008 - Day Twelve

Three big results on the day with Asashoryu slipping up two days in a row; Homasho also loses touch with the leader; and a big crunch match between the other pair of two-loss competitors.

Asashoryu had a very bright start at the Tachiai but a sudden show of strength had Baruto come out as the winner. Homasho had it tougher from the start with both men fighting to gain momentum for a short while before Kakuryu telegraphed his opponents low charge and helped him on his way.

Goeido and Tochiozan came into today with a loss each, and the latter will be disappointed he lost so easily as Goeido had little trouble claiming victory in short order. All this means that Hakuho just has Hokutoriki right behind him to take advantage of any slip over the next three days.

Baruto (8-4) def. Asashoryu (10-2) with oshidashi
Toyohibiki (3-9) def. Bushuyama (0-12) with hikiotoshi
Goeido (10-2) def. Tochiozan (9-3) with okuridashi
Hakuho (12-0) def. Kotomitsuki (1-11) with oshitaoshi

Harumafuji (9-3) def. Chiyotaikai (7-5) with yorikiri

Kakuryu (8-4) def. Homasho (10-2) with hatakikami
