Victoria- ER Mayne, RL Park, CB Willis, FA Baring, VS Ransford, WW Armstrong, J Ryder, AW Lampard, AE Liddicut, JL Ellis, H Ironmonger
First Innings
South Australia set out to take advantage of a good batting wicket but could only rely on three batsmen throughout the innings as the remainder of the order managed to score a total of 34 runs between themselves. DM Steele and DE Pritchard got things going after both starters walked with 14 runs scored. PD Rundell picked up the slack and carried the team on his back for as long as he could while his teammates floundered at the crease under heavy pressure from the Victorian bowlers.

DM Steele 77; DE Pritchard 65
H Ironmonger 4-56; AW Lampard 3-59; J Ryder 3-61
An early wicket, ER Mayne (16), was a long bright spot for South Australia's bowlers as Victoria went on to score four half-centuries and an impressive unbeaten double-century. Batting for almost two days Victoria called it at tea on day three confident of an innings victory.

This blog is to share results in my sports replay gaming. All of the games involve pencil, paper, cards and dice; no digital gaming here. Most games are full season replays, but there will also be some fictional competitions thrown in. It's been a while, but I hope that 2017 sees a return of blog activity.

- I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris
