About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

CW 1903/04 (S12), Game 2: New South Wales vs South Australia

New South Wales 18/13 vs South Australia 10/9
Sydney Cricket Ground
4th-5th, 7th-9th December 1903

Lineups:
New South Wales- VT Trumper, RA Duff, CW Gregory, AJY Hopkins, MA Noble, SE Gregory, RN Hickson, JJ Kelly, WP Howell, FB Johnson, A McBeath

South Australia- FT Hack, DRA Gehrs, C Hill, CB Jennings, N Claxton, JC Reedman, JPF Travers, JH Pellew, PM Newland, RBC Rees, H Hay

First Innings
New South Wales showed a little of what their batting is made of this season, but stumbled in places as they looked for a 500+ score.

NSW 471
VT Trumper 105; RN Hickson 95; RA Duff 94; JJ Kelly 86*
RBC Rees 4-156

South Australia also mixed good batting with bad as six of the eleven batsmen failed to score higher than five runs, with three of them falling for a quick duck. A follow on could have been imposed, but New South Wales decided to flex their batting muscles again.

NSW 471
SA 268
FT Hack 85; N Claxton 58
WP Howell 6-76; MA Noble 2-12

Second Innings
New South Wales made a much better show of it second time around as even a slight degradation of the pitch failed to show them down.

NSW 471 + 393-5 dec.
SA 268
AJY Hopkins 185; SE Gregory 120*; RA Duff 65
N Claxton 2-97

With almost six hundred runs required for victory, South Australia could have been forgiven for abandoning all hope, but they fought off the inevitable for the best part of two days, with only DRA Gehrs failing to reach double figures.

NSW 471 + 393-5 dec.
SA 268 + 460
JH Pellew 92; FT Hack 69; C Hill 62; N Claxton 60
A McBeath 3-101; WP Howell 3-135

New South Wales wins by one hundred and thirty six runs.
