About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

Hank Bassen earns his first shutout of the season in his twelfth appearance with a 5-5-1 record. It was easy going for the Red Wings, shutting out the Bruins for the second time in Detroit, as Boston only managed thirteen shots in the first and third periods combined.

Cesare Maniago stopped forty shots against league leading Chicago but the Canadiens missed out on the chance to close the gap at the top to nine points after blowing a two goal lead. Gilles Tremblay (17+12) leads his brother Jean-Claude (4+19) in points and they both combined for the first goal three minutes before Montreal's points leader Jean Beliveau made it 2-0 with his twenty-second of the year. Bobby Hull has been struggling for goals all year but his ninth of the season brought about a change in momentum leading to Chicago outshooting Montreal 35-18 through the remainder of the game. Maniago was only going to be beaten once more - Murray Balfour (16) late in the second - as the Canadiens backup brought his A game.

New York has won just one of their last six and are now three points back of the Red Wings for the final playoff spot. The good news for them is that Don McKenney has finally scored for the Rangers twenty-four days after his trade from the Boston Bruins, but a third period collapse allowed the Maple Leafs to score three goals in the final period. Two of them came on the powerplay as New York found themselves in penalty trouble after failing to convert on four powerplays of their own through the second period before they eventually tied the game. Toronto have put their troubled start to the season behind them and are now in second place.
