AFC
The New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts, rested after Wildcard week, begin their postseason journeys against the #5 seed San Diego Chargers and the #3 seed Denver Broncos.
After their victory in Pittsburgh in a wild fourth quarter shootout the San Diego Chargers now head to New England for the only meeting between the sides this season. The other Division matchup in the AFC is a replay of their Week 14 game that ended in a whitewash for the Colts 24-0 with Manning throwing over 400 yards; more than double that of the Broncos' quarterback Orton.
NFC
Dallas Cowboys, the #1 seed in this conference, take on the #6 seed Carolina Panthers who went into their final quarter in Minnesota tied at 21-21 before dominating the rest of the game for a 42-21 win. The previous meeting between the sides ended in a walkover for the Cowboys 30-6, limiting the Panthers to a pair of field goals and just over 200 yards of total offence.
The second NFC Wildcard team, the Green Bay Packers, had a very good 42-21 performance over the 49ers to take them into the division game against the New Orleans Saints; the sides face off for the first time this season.
This blog is to share results in my sports replay gaming. All of the games involve pencil, paper, cards and dice; no digital gaming here. Most games are full season replays, but there will also be some fictional competitions thrown in. It's been a while, but I hope that 2017 sees a return of blog activity.

- I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris
