Aobajo remained on the right track in a battle of the unbeaten, defeating Wakajishi in quick order by hatakikomi. Wakanofuji was the other man today to lose his first match; dropping this result to Banryuyama who seems to have recovered from his first day loss. The match of the day in the Juryo saw Daio just hold on to his perfect record in a fierce battle against Hakuryuyama.
